1. Service Satisfaction: Your satisfaction with our grooming services is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please notify us immediately during your visit or within 24 hours of the service completion.

2. Resolution Options:

  • Reservice: We offer to reschedule another grooming session at no additional charge to address any concerns or issues with the initial service.
  • Partial Refund: Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial refund of the service fee.
  • Full Refund: In rare cases where a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved through reservice or partial refund, a full refund may be considered.

3. Conditions for Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of AirwaySync management.
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the completion of the grooming service.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) may be required for processing refund requests.

4. Non-Refundable Situations:

  • No refunds will be issued for services rendered if more than 24 hours have passed since the completion of the grooming service.
  • Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments or late cancellations (cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment).
